Our terms are simple: full payment is due upon our receipt of your order. If your account becomes overdue more than 30 days, we will levy a finance charge of 5%+APR, compounded daily, until the balance is paid in full.
Refunds
Our sincere apologies, but due to the nature of what we sell, we cannot do refunds or accept returns. That is because our products are custom-printed specifically for you, when you order.
However, there is one exception: if your item is manufactured incorrectly, then the company who does our printing may offer a refund or exchange. Please Contact Us within a week of the item’s arrival, and we will work with that company (Printify) to get you what you need.
